I got in touch with a few people in crisis, and heard that they were doing better, today. So that was good.

And I still made it to my appointment, which totally rocked; because I've been avoiding it for SO LONG, it verged on the ridiculous.

Am so glad I got that out of the way.

The sun was brighter, and felt warmer today. (I'm hoping for an early Spring.)
