I was taking 30mg of Remeron and 75mg of Luvox for a while but my psych decided to wean me off the Remeron over a three week period (cutting it in half till I quit altogether) and at the same time was increasing my dose of Luvox by 25mg during the transition and another 25mg after I was off the Remeron. Since then, I was taken off the Luvox because it wasn't helping and put on Prozac and Seroquel. The problem is that I've had constant nausea, headache, and insomnia since going off the Remeron. It's been over a month now and the problems are only getting worse. I was in inpatient and they tried me on 100mg of Trazodone to keep me asleep (I wake up 5+ times a night and wake up for good about 6am) but it did nothing for me and they couldn't safely increase the dose any more. Now I'm on 20mg of melatonin and it's not helping either. Has anyone else experienced this?
