I just signed up this morning and i noticed your post first becuz i purged 3 times yesterday. It is a really awful thing. However if i can offer anything that helped me before mine came back is that i prayed alot to have this terrible eating problem removed as well as found some eating disorder groups locally. It felt under control and i had from time to time slips. but for the most part you have to keep sanity and there is no way getting around food cuz we need to eat right? So i guess i am saying if you want to talk i will listen. I am nervous cuz i am starting up again and have no one to talk to until i find a meeting.
