I wanted the guy whom I am currently seeing to take me to the German restaurant that was the place of my first date with my second ex H, in 1997. My request was in pursuit of therapeutic goals.

The guy agreed.

We went to the restaurant and it was not there anymore. It must have gone out of business.

The guy said: "Well, this is even more therapeutic - the place ceased to exist."

I agreed with that interpretation.
