Do email or call your shrink, if you cannot find their email I can help you, sometimes shrinks even have websites. There are some online advice and sites where you can have your symptoms checked by a professional within 2-3 weeks. This does not sound to great because if they do start you will need help. Even know your family may not be very nice to you I think you have a family of hopeful & supportive friends at PC!
