unfortunately once sharing (co consciousness) happens with DID theres no way yo go back to not sharing again...
that said there are ways to calm, be less anxious, traumatized by the sharing. here in New York, which is in the USA therapy techniques like anxiety medication, dbt, emdr, grounding, relaxation, yoga, physical activity, breathing exercises and other things can help.
what helped me was medication, breathing exercises and doing a relaxing activity like rowing my canoe on the lake.
