Do you have a GP or internist? If so,start with them. The meds do take time, not months to start working. If you see a PDOC, they will be able to recommend a therapist. Your insurance company can also give you names.

There is a site that rates medical professionals.....can't remember the name. If you hang out here, you are in good company and people will understand what you are experiencing. It helps to connect even via the internet.
