I've been pretty much stable for the past couple of months (FINALLY got on the right combination of meds), and all I can say is keep taking your meds, going to therapy/psych appointments, getting enough sleep, eating well and doing some physical activity, even if it's just walking. But be aware that sometimes you can do everything right and
still experience mood episodes.......it's the nature of the bipolar beast, and it can slap you right upside the head like a sneaker wave.
