I know how you feel. When my sleep starts getting messed up I start to worry. Right now I have to take a few things at bedtime to make sure I sleep. I am in a hypomanic phase and sure I wouldn't sleep without them. I still wake up earlier than I would like to. And, I keep trying to decrease the sleep meds, but everytime I do, then my sleep is interrupted. Better for now just to take them and get the sleep I need to sustain this energy.
