I would but have myself had to visit the local food pantry for help in getting food this month. During with winter months I always hit the food pantry and sign up for the thankgiving and chistmas meal baskets form St Vincent Du Paul so that my cash can go to paying the winter heating. a couple times in the past 13 years even though I don't attend church I contacted the church just down the street and they took up a collection of food for me and my son.
