I so understnd the issues of weight gain . ED here. I tried loads of AP's and damn near ate my couch. Weight gain is not healthy. There are Medications that are weight neutral. You need to let your Pdoc know whats going on and how your dropping your med dose due to weight gain issue.

I think sometimes a patient and there Pdoc need to sit down and discuss ALL meds that are being taken, maybe too many meds at once or too little of some.. It all takes time to get figured out.

It's ok to refuse a medication that causes weight gain.
