Both are fascinating. More about mental illness than therapy though.

Note: before reading Sybil, research what has been learned since. She probably didn't have DID. She probably had something physiological (I can't remember the name of it, maybe pernicious anemia) that could account for some of her symptoms, and a therapist with ethical issues in treatment.
