I had been taking Zoloft since the summer of 09. I was up 200mg and it just wasn't working anymore. Pdoc just switch me over to Prestiq 50mg be cause it is liver friendly, as I also have liver disease. was told to only take 100mg the first day, day after that 50mg then start the Prestiq. This was 2/17 The brain zaps, that I call brain zingers just quit the frist of this week I think the last one was 3/5 or 6 just glad there over. They didn't hurt or anything, but when they happen right on top of each other it is anoying. They only last a split second but in that split my eyes would go nuts. One eye seeing one thing and the other something else and not putting the two pictures together in my mind. I would hear a loud zing or three in my head and my vision goes nuts, thank God that only last for a millisecond. At 50mg I would not even worry about it, you may get some slight zaps for a couple of days, 4 at most, but that would probably be about it
