I think that you're saying that you got a tax refund from the state and or federal, and you are wondering if you need to claim that income to SSI. Is that correct??

If I assumed correctly, not at this point. If you had already been approved for SSI, then you do need to watch your income closely, as there are limits depending upon what medical program/s you are on and what your income is.
