You are healing even if it feels crappoleeeee right now. Your perceptions are right on. It's just dealing with the reality.... figuring out how to do it your way..... take care of your self..... that is on the ol table.

Finding tuned in people to befriend and trust....... hard. The nature of the times has everybody more or less limbic......
I have found that only people who were already cognizant they had troubles and getting help, have coping strategies to deal with the current level of fears sifted down from the powers that be over all of us. Other folks are still hanging onto everything's fine and up to their ears in denial.......
