I can relate to what you are saying H3rmit. I am an animal over people person. Too much of the world seems run by self serving people. I too am struggling to find my place and feel stuck right now.. paralyzed. I have a business degree but don't care one iota about profits and sales goals. And, at this point, I don't feel like putting all the effort into getting another degree for skills or knowledge I probably won't even use, let alone enjoy. I rack my brain but nothing seems to fit. I feel I just don't fit in this society as it has been constructed. But yet I know I won't be happy continuing on in limbo until I am absolutely forced to take any job and end up miserable and broken. I do know that there are many people in the same boat as I am. Most just suffer on in silence. I'm sorry I don't have answers. For me it may be the result of being an adult child of an alcoholic. I still haven't learned how to craft my own happiness by fulfilling my own needs and desires. My life has consisted of day after day of wandering around in a fog without any answers.
