And Lithium Carbonate comes in 150 mg, 300 mg or 600 mg capsules.

Lots of different choices. There is even an oral solution that you drink.

Not sure how you get 950 mg.... I am too tired to do the math.

I take Eskalith CR and take a total of 1125 mg per day. The extended release is much easier on my stomach.
