I get your sense of feeling frustrated and hopeless. Are you sure you arent looking at the darkest side of it all? I think sadness is a part of life and we in depression might have a harder time dealing with it than most people. I believe it is possible to learn coping skills even if we cant be guaranteed that things will ever be as good as we want them to be. Sometimes we have to learn to accept the good there is and say thats good enough. I know how you feel but try not to give up all hope.
