I originally came to pc looking for information about ADD. I was diagnosed at age 43 (4 years ago) and this has changed my life for the better. My oldest daughter (15) was diagnosed last year and the improvement in her overall happiness is astounding.

Don't fear the diagnosis or the medications. The stimulants actually work the opposite of what you would think. In an ADDer the meds actually slow things down in our spinning minds.
