So I have a peer support person, where I go for therapy has lots of additional stuff, and when I am well I hope to give back to them. They really have been a godsend. Anyway she is very sweet and like me is 1/2Native American and 1/2 Caucasian. We have tons in common however she really lectures me on taking my meds and not cutting back like I am with the risperdal. I know she does it out of caring, but it's starting to frustrate me. I told her we are different and pls still b supportive. I feel she is like if I don't do EVERYTHING like she wants then she is like well I gotta go and is conditional in her support.

Anybody have any idea how to approach her? She is younger than me and very sensitive so I need to tread lightly.
