For me, silence is safer, like I said. I am trying to learn to be less "sensitive". Sigh. Not sure if it's possible. It is possible to keep my mouth shut in certain situations though (although it used not to be)..... meaning as of now, I am going to try to keep my mouth shut, or mutter inconsequential growls
