yeah hypocrite...wrong thread

Well, he puts himself into a position of authority when he is there to support the volunteers with what WE need to do the program. Improper use of authority is one of my triggers.

I shouldn't have gone. I told T I was concerned about a confrontation but it was with another person who arbitrarily blocked one of my programs without even discussing it with me, and taking one of the volunteers that was assisting me with the program for herself and her own interests. WEll, SHE wasn't there and I guess I let my guard down (while still feeling discounted) and when he made that stupid statement, being the exact opposite of the way he has been for 2 1/2 years... I lost it. I wasn't angry, just very directly firm with my dissatisfaction.

WHY do I feel so bad about calling him out? He's the one who is acting badly...he's the liar... he's the one keeping the programs from proceeding as the volunteers want... and has for 2 1/2 years. But was it my job to call him on it? IDK. I wish I didn't feel bad about saying all this too.
