hi all..
i know recently this year my health has really declined due to bulimia. Many would say just stop then but its not that easy.. so i thought maybe we could share some nutrition tips that may help us while we are on the road to recovery..
some i have heard of are:
1. take vitamins.. the ones that arent timed release.. in the morning or at night
2. drink lots of water
3. take iron
4. drink water after purging (but dont brush)
