Kiera Van Gelder is in that video! I'm reading her book called The Buddha and the Borderline. It's alright. I don't love it simply because Kiera was really sick when she wrote it and it's tough for me to read, but it's a decent read. My T owns a copy and says she stopped recommending it because some of the material, she realized, may be triggering for some of her patients. But I think a lot of us can relate quite a lot of it as well.
