Well I have to see my pdoc today about the Deplin. I did not take it yesterday or today on psch nurses orders. That little too much energy I stated on Sun. turned into full blown mania Mon. night, and I am not bipolar. I now feel a lot sorrier for my neice who is bipolar, I think I can say I walked a mile in her moccasins, at least on the manic side. Yesterday was alot better still a little hyper. Today not hyper at all but I am groggy and spaced from lack of sleep for the last couple of days. Going to talk to dr about maybe taking the Deplin only once or twice a week, but that will be up to him. The Tech name for Deplin is 5-MTHF L-Methylfolate. I found 10mg caps 90 days for $78. But if I am not going to take it or only once or twice a week that is how I will go.
