It is always important to read your labels, that's true.
I recently tried that "Greek" yogurt that is all fashionable here right now. It was totally not what I was expecting and I didn't like it.

I personally like Yoplait yogurt either regular or non-fat because they don't put "fruit" on the bottom (which is more like syrup than fruit, it's gross.)
