I keep realizing how much progress I've made in my life. In the last two years, I've gone from not being able to look people in the eye and hiding from people to making eye contact and actually succeed at leading. I think it is the combined efforts of my T, my boss, my H and my friends that has made the difference.

Even though I'm still rather selfish at times, I have learned to look outside of myself to make an effort to help others. The theme of my meeting today was "help me help you". I have really good employees.
