I can relate Dark Heart... I love those moments of focus and clarity, I really do appreciate them when they happen. I chalk this up to my nurons working well with my meds. Otherwise, like you, I don't know what my day will be like or how I will feel and how many feelings I will feel.

I just embrace those focused moments, cherish them and look forward to them in the future...whenever that will be.
