Well... one thing I did blast about was getting emails from them that don't say anything.. HONEST! All that is in the email is a link for the yahoo group. I told them this was a waste of my time! Put the info in the email!

So what did I do? I sent the guy I'm having trouble with a blank email. Yep. I sent him an email with the subject line of "WE HAVE TO TALK." and the email was only a LINK to the yahoo group for PTSD. Actually, he replied already saying whenever it's convenient for me.
