If I get denied I will for sure appeal, but yeah it probably does sort of depend on that. I suppose I do get how it works, have to get a dissability lawyer or whatever and from my understanding they only get paid if I win the case or whatever then it would come out of the SSI money which is fine with me. I am just kind of stressing about it I suppose.
