I do not know how to help a lack of motivation, because I am currently feeling the same way. I always feel like I have time to get things done, but then I just lay around because I am tired, and then the time has passed, and it is time for bed. I feel like I am constantly wasting time, but it is too hard to focus on anything. My advice is to take one thing that you really like to do, and try your best to motivate yourself to do it, and remember how fun it is. See if that works. I am always here if you need to talk.
