I'm sorry that some of those close to you may not give the support you need. It can be very difficult to open up to others because there may be much fear in doing so. That was always my problem - not trusting others to warrant the support that I probably needed for decades but only found in recent years.

I hope you find at least one person who is willing to listen regardless of the severity of the conversation. Of course, you may discover dozens of such individuals, in these forums, but I believe you also need someone face-to-face who can show the support with a smile or even a tear.
