i'm engaged and expected to get married in december. i love my fiance very much. where i come from women must live with their parents house till they get married, so basically i'm stuck here with my parents fighting 24/7

my father has been very mean to my mother and has done things to her in the past which i can never forgive him for even though i know he regrets it. when they fight i am used as my fathers punching bag (not literally but emotionally). he starts verbally abusing me. and has cursed others who have never ever tried to hurt him. he threatened to ruin my marriage and if he does i am afraid i'll end up in the hospital. i don't want that to happen.
i cant talk to my dad, he just never listens
