Hey Wish I could help more but not sure I can. Some of what you feel and think seems normal but obviously some of it is too much. If you said you'd been given a diagnosis I must have missed it. I'd be wary of antipsychotic meds if you aren't psychotic. Other than the paranoia and suspicion you seem to have a pretty good grip on reality. I'm curious about why the Paxil was stopped and how well it worked... and had you felt anything like this at other times in your life.
