I wish I had answers for you.I am trying to erase that tape playing in my head of all the things I was told in my lifetime that were lies about me. I am trying to make a new recording to listen to in my head.. of good things...

I guess that sounds like I am crazy and maybe I am but its all I can do to help myself.Time.. it takes time to undo all the bad things we were made to believe about ourselves.
