I find it interesting you bring up music therapy- I AM a music therapist! Moments ago, I decided to sit down with my guitar to see if that would help me think. After all, Einstein used to practice violin when he was working on difficult concepts to get his brain juices flowing. What do you know- it works!

But any more ideas are still welcome!
