Dose anyone else have bad alters, alters that aren't all that nice, one that may hurt your others or other people? I have on, his names Paul, and he's tyring to get out i can feel it, and it's giving me a head ache, he's really nasty and he's angry and violent a lot. He wears the rest of us out wear my other half out. I dont like people getting hurt and i dont like him being out... Does anyone else have this? What do you do?
