I'm sorry you feel so desperate and nothing is helping. I assume you're speaking of emotional pain ....is that correct? If so, I agree with Maranara finding a simple meditation/slow breathing, since this calms the mind and doing distraction. Make a list of the problems and only deal with the ones that have some solution - take baby steps and small goals, so you don't overwhelm yourself.
Exercise and healthy eating also helps. Do you have a therapist to vent to? Fighting the pain can sometimes make it worse and this is where acceptance helps. This doesn't mean giving up but just being realistic. Often looking for a solution that's not working, just makes the pain worse. I hope things get better for you soon.
