
i agree with the med thing they're good for some and not for others hey. i have been on different ones all my adult life, but they just don't last for long!! it all depends on what the problem is @ the time ? I am really going to try and practice my DBT skills i reckon they help me the most

going to a group @ midday (mini dbt Life Matters) i will be going every Monday while the family are here as well , i think it is in my best interest to practice practice practice my learnt dbt skills to keep me in a good place , your support means a lot Mara and i really hope you are in a good place atm
