I think it would be worth giving therapy another shot. This time, tell the therapist as soon as you aren't happy. I think those skills can and need to be translated to friendships too. Don't let things fester........but don't be mean either. These are hard skills to learn. And a GOOD therapist, not a (
) therapist, will really help.
BTW I am also looking for a new therapist.
