hamster well, I meant my emotions went from okay to depressed while watching us play and hence the increased eating. Obviously, I realise it was mindless eating as in I was just stuffing my face with rubbish and not thinking or caring.
Sometimes, it's just a vicious cycle and some self-sabotage because I binge, feel disgusted and just then think… well I've eaten this much I may as well eat some more.
Of course it is logical to say…don't buy it and hence you can't eat it.
So, do I say to an alcoholic…well, don't buy any alcohol?
It's an addiction, like any other. I have many mental health issues and this is a co-morbidity to that.
In truth I am a little offended by the comment.
