Yum. All that party food.

I lost there energy to post or do anything other than complain about my own situation for a while, but my last session was a bit better, so I'm a bit better. Except T told me that I can text her and she'll reply to me on a Friday only, between 5-7pm. Weird to think after more than three years of her insisting it was okay to ask for help (through a text), me being terrified of risking it and so never trying, and then only texting once or twice during some really tough weeks since our ruptures, has resulted in this new boundary.

I have to see the pdoc this afternoon (who told me meds were my only hope, and then that there was no hope for me in terms of meds). So, it should be a fun afternoon!

Think I might need a cupcake, or three!
