I hope you are okay. I could tell the the next morning when I missed a dose. I'd get dizzy and worse tinnitus. Do you have the flu? I'm concerned about you. Even if you're already tired and drowsy you should take your clonazepam and rest. It might relax you enough to allow your stomach to hold on to whatever you eat. Drink lots of water.
