Wow, thanks for all the replies! I checked out Optimism, didn't work for me because of the rapid cycling, but I almost picked it anyway.

It looks great! Anyway, I ended up making my own mood tracker with a form on Google Drive. I made the form yesterday and today I'm going to make the spreadsheet and graphs.
So what variables do you track? I'm thinking mood/energy/anxiety in one chart, then mania/depression in another one and then some with sleep, eating and physical illness.
