I have always been told sleep is one of the most important things for a person with bipolar. Sometimes easier said then done.
for me, changes in my sleep cycle always are part of a change in my mood.
When I start sleeping less and less, that is usually the beginning of a mixed or manic mood.
Right now I am on so many meds all I do is sleep.
