I have a tolerant yet seemingly interested psy-chap. Concerta and Vyvase didn't seem to go down well so we're trying Adderall. 20mg after weaning up from 5 the first week...10 the second.

That's all...now..off to have a psychosis on another entirely unrelated matter.
