No surprises there, sadly.
This is, however, a good time to mention that I am starting therapy this Friday. Problem is, with my compulsive denial of all things painful ("how dare you pretend your fake problems are real"), I'm concerned that I will end up wasting another $200 with no progress to show for it.
Any advice on where I should start with all this? Thanks.
