There isn't such a thing. Everyone has issues of some kind. Some are worse than others, some need outside help for theirs and others don't and some spend their entire lives thinking everything is perfect to eventually come back at them. Perfect, "normal" lives only happen in books, and those are books no one will read because they are boring.
