Yes, it would be helpful to see a therapist and go over these results. Were any scores tagged as major issues or concerns? Do you sense that they are issues for you? 139 is not the highest score I've seen. It could be much worse. Do you feel like your life could be better if you get help?
Of course, now that you know the results, you probably are answering a bit differently--and it is true that the score can vary, especially on issues such as depression.
