I made it back from town and even faced asda (Walmart) I really didn't want to go, and it was so hard.

My physical pain is horrendous right now. I've tried eating. I can't leave the house again.

I still feel as disconnected nothing has even changed a little. I'm going to try sleep this afternoon.

I have work tomorrow I can't go like this. And I'll be sacked if I don't go.
